BREAKTHROUGH… I’ve been praying for one for o BREAKTHROUGH…

I’ve been praying for one for over a year—not just any breakthrough, but one in my writing and speaking ministry.

I’ve fasted, cried out, and begged God to open doors and bring clarity.

But the breakthrough I long for? Still feels just out of reach.

Some days, my prayers feel like they’re bouncing off the ceiling. I keep running into the same walls—doubt, delay, detours. Maybe you’ve been there too?

Are you pleading with God to part the waters? Tear down walls? Open a door that won’t budge?

A dear friend recently said she’s praying for breakthrough—for me, herself, and others. That word hasn’t let me go. Or maybe God hasn’t.

He’s been gently showing me:
I need breakthrough in more than ministry…

Spiritually.
Emotionally.
Physically.
Relationally.

Maybe you do too.

Jesus tells us to keep asking, seeking, knocking (Matt. 7:7-8). But what happens when the door doesn’t open?

God is showing me 4 mistakes to avoid when praying for a breakthrough:

1️⃣ Not preparing spiritually
2️⃣ Not praying specifically
3️⃣ Not pursuing strategically
4️⃣ Not persevering steadfastly

Breakthrough doesn’t always come quickly. But it starts with prayer—persistent, soul-deep, keep-knocking prayer.

He is able.
For me.
For you.
For every impossible thing.

Exciting news, friends! I’ve created a fun and Exciting news, friends!

I’ve created a fun and meaningful workshop designed to help women (and men!) discover the power of color and style in boosting confidence and embracing their roles in the workplace and beyond.

This interactive workshop helps employees understand how color and personal style impact their confidence, communication, and overall presence–both in the workplace and beyond.

Your team will:
🔹 Discover the power of dressing in their best colors
🔹 Understand their unique style personality
🔹 Boost confidence and presence—whether in the office or on camera

Employees walk away not only looking better but also feeling more equipped to show up with purpose and authenticity.

If you work at a company that offers Lunch & Learn sessions or employee wellness events, I’d love for you to share this flyer (see second photo) with your HR or wellness coordinator. It’s a fresh and practical way to pour into teams with encouragement, creativity, and connection.

Thanks in advance for helping me spread the word!
DM me for more details or to set up a time to talk!

Let’s partner to bring out the best in your team—from the inside out!

Last week I shared about the sacred gift of being Last week I shared about the sacred gift of being present—with those we love and with God.

As promised, here’s the P.R.E.S.E.N.T. acrostic I created to help you slow down and practice His presence:

P – Prepare your heart daily with prayer & meditation
R – Remove the distractions that hinder you from paying attention to God
E – Engage intentionally throughout your ordinary daily activities
S – Serve others regularly with joy and compassion
E – Extend grace and forgiveness
N – Notice where you see God showing up and meet Him there
T – Trust God never to leave you or forsake you

I’ve also included soul-stirring reflection questions to help you make room and space for God's presence in your everyday life.

Want the printable version to keep in your Bible, journal, or prayer space?
DM me the word “PRESENT” and I’ll send it right to your inbox.

He’s already with you. Let’s not rush past Him.
I recently spent some intentional time with my fam I recently spent some intentional time with my family—no distractions, no rushing, just being together. It reminded me of the power of being fully present. There’s something sacred about slowing down, looking into someone’s eyes, listening fully, and savoring the moment.

It made me think: if being present with my loved ones matters this much, how much more important is it to be present with God?

So, when I encountered this quote by CS Lewis (how have I missed this one?), it resonated deeply with me. Especially the part about coming awake…and staying awake.

Leaning into His presence has been instrumental in helping me unclutter my soul, so I know I need to attend daily, consistently, and intentionally.

The truth is, God is always present. The question is—are we?

The world is crowded with Him. But it’s so easy to miss Him in the rush, the noise, the distractions. It is easy to drift through our days without noticing Him.

I’m learning that practicing His presence is less about striving and more about slowing down, paying attention, being still, and choosing to wake up to His nearness.

In my next post, I will share an acrostic I created using the word P.R.E.S.E.N.T. to offer seven simple, soul-stirring tips—and some thoughtful questions—to help you practice the presence of God right where you are.

Because He is here. Let’s not miss Him.
💕She did it! Our girl graduated…and my heart 💕She did it! Our girl graduated…and my heart is bursting.

But the tassel wasn’t the only thing worth celebrating…
We were all together.

The laughter, the hugs, the deep conversations, the memories…priceless.

And that’s the real gift.

Life moves fast, but moments like this remind me to slow down, soak it in, be fully present, and give thanks.

These are the moments I’ll treasure always.
