Last week I shared about the sacred gift of being Last week I shared about the sacred gift of being present—with those we love and with God.

As promised, here’s the P.R.E.S.E.N.T. acrostic I created to help you slow down and practice His presence:

P – Prepare your heart daily with prayer & meditation
R – Remove the distractions that hinder you from paying attention to God
E – Engage intentionally throughout your ordinary daily activities
S – Serve others regularly with joy and compassion
E – Extend grace and forgiveness
N – Notice where you see God showing up and meet Him there
T – Trust God never to leave you or forsake you

I’ve also included soul-stirring reflection questions to help you make room and space for God's presence in your everyday life.

Want the printable version to keep in your Bible, journal, or prayer space?
DM me the word “PRESENT” and I’ll send it right to your inbox.

He’s already with you. Let’s not rush past Him.
I recently spent some intentional time with my fam I recently spent some intentional time with my family—no distractions, no rushing, just being together. It reminded me of the power of being fully present. There’s something sacred about slowing down, looking into someone’s eyes, listening fully, and savoring the moment.

It made me think: if being present with my loved ones matters this much, how much more important is it to be present with God?

So, when I encountered this quote by CS Lewis (how have I missed this one?), it resonated deeply with me. Especially the part about coming awake…and staying awake.

Leaning into His presence has been instrumental in helping me unclutter my soul, so I know I need to attend daily, consistently, and intentionally.

The truth is, God is always present. The question is—are we?

The world is crowded with Him. But it’s so easy to miss Him in the rush, the noise, the distractions. It is easy to drift through our days without noticing Him.

I’m learning that practicing His presence is less about striving and more about slowing down, paying attention, being still, and choosing to wake up to His nearness.

In my next post, I will share an acrostic I created using the word P.R.E.S.E.N.T. to offer seven simple, soul-stirring tips—and some thoughtful questions—to help you practice the presence of God right where you are.

Because He is here. Let’s not miss Him.
💕She did it! Our girl graduated…and my heart 💕She did it! Our girl graduated…and my heart is bursting.

But the tassel wasn’t the only thing worth celebrating…
We were all together.

The laughter, the hugs, the deep conversations, the memories…priceless.

And that’s the real gift.

Life moves fast, but moments like this remind me to slow down, soak it in, be fully present, and give thanks.

These are the moments I’ll treasure always.
💔 5 Things to Remember When You Feel Like You’re Falling Apart

Some days it feels like everything is crumbling—your heart, your plans, your relationships, your body, your peace.

But here’s the truth I want you to remember today:
You are held by the One who holds all things together. (Colossians 1:17)

Let’s walk through this together…

1️⃣ When your heart is broken... He holds the pieces together.
The pain is real. The ache can be deep.
But God draws near to your broken heart—not to rush your healing, but to tenderly hold you in it.
Psalm 34:18 (NIV)

2️⃣ When your plans fall apart… He holds the future.
You may not see what’s next, but God does.
He is already in your tomorrow, finishing the good work He began in you. He wastes nothing.
Philippians 1:6 (NLT)

3️⃣ When relationships crumble… He holds your identity and purpose.
People may walk away, misunderstand, or hurt you—but your worth isn’t in their hands.
You are known, chosen, and deeply purposed in Christ.
Ephesians 1:11-12 (MSG)

4️⃣ When your body is weary… He holds you close and gives you strength.
You don’t have to push through on your own.
When you are weak, He is strong. He lifts, carries, and sustains you with new strength.
Isaiah 40:30-31 (NLT)

5️⃣ When fear and anxiety overwhelm you… He holds your peace and provides security.
Jesus doesn’t offer empty comfort—He gives real, lasting peace.
Peace that calms your anxious thoughts and quiets your soul.
John 14:27 (ESV)

Friend, no matter what’s falling apart around you, you are never out of His reach.

You can never fall apart in Jesus’ hands because...
HE HOLDS ALL THINGS TOGETHER.
(and that means you, too!)

🌿 Which one of these truths do you need most right now? Drop a 💬 or 🙏 and let me know—I’d be honored to pray for you today.
A little spring in my step—and in my wardrobe! A little spring in my step—and in my wardrobe!

This season, I’m leaning into playful prints, bright colors, and easy layers that add both style and versatility. From a bold graphic dress to a sweet checked sundress, an animal print skirt to a pop-of-color moment—each piece brings something fresh to the mix.

Topped things off with a black open-knit cardi and a crisp white eyelet jacket for those breezy spring days.

And because shoes can change everything, I styled each outfit with everything from pearl slides to strappy heels to classic sneakers.

Proof that you don’t need a whole new closet—just a few fun pieces and a little creativity!

Which look would you wear first?
